How long have you worked at Home Instead?
I have worked with Home Instead of over 18 years, July 6th will be 19 years.
What’s your favorite part of caregiving?
My favorite part of care giving doing God’s work caring for the elderly who need the help. It brings me joy showing them love while providing them one-on-one care giving them compassion and companionship. This job allows me to showcase my skills in empathy, patience and effective communication.
Tell us a little bit about yourself:
I am currently engaged, I have 2 grown sons and four grandchildren. I am blessed with a stepson and daughter that I treat as mine. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, I also love fishing. When I’m not working or with my family, I love doing volunteer work.
A couple of interesting things about my life:
I love doing work on my car with my fiancé and learning new things about it. I also enjoy working outside in the yard.
