Meet Our Team

Anne is our Franchise Business Owner. She began her career with Home Instead Inc. at the home office in Omaha, NE, in 2004. In 2008, she and her husband, Troy, purchased the Polk Co. franchise and has since acquired the Franchises located in Newton and Iowa City, Iowa. Anne is dedicated to fostering a culture of leadership, promoting Home Instead in the community, and organizing community service projects. She is passionate about raising awareness in the Des Moines area about senior issues, challenges, and needs. Anne currently serves on the Board of the Iowa Center for Home Care. Her dedication and passion has been recognized as  Home Instead's first Franchisee of the Year recipient in 2024.

Becky is our General Manager. As General Manager, she oversees daily business operations and provides organizational leadership, fostering an inclusive and supportive culture for her team. She is also responsible for Care Professional screening and educating and training. Becky comes to us with senior care experience. She was a nursing assistant and Clinical Technician at the University of Iowa Hospital for 14 years prior to joining Home Instead in 2019. Becky lives in Wilton with her husband, Aaron, and their 5 children. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Kobi joined the team in January of 2025 and serves as the public outreach for the Iowa City and Muscatine Home Instead offices. He originally hails from the Des Moines metropolitan area where his family still resides. Eventually relocating to Iowa City, he obtained his Business Administration degree from the University of Iowa and remained a local. Outside of being a student and full-time employee, Kobi also found fulfillment in operating his own online sales & marketing company even to this day. His deep passion for his loved ones fuels his desire to help the senior community and extend a serving heart.

Jaden is our Client Care Coordinator. She has worked in Senior Care for about 7 years as a CNA and recently graduated from the University of Iowa. Jaden's primary role is  meeting and onboarding new clients, conducting quality assurance visits, and collaborating with local referral providers. Jaden builds trustworthy relationships and ensures that meeting the needs of the clients and their families is a priority. Jaden is passionately dedicated to helping aging adults achieve their vision of living safely and successfully at home. Jaden lives in Iowa City with her cat, and in her free time she enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends. 

Lexie is our Service Coordinator. She joined our team in August 2025. She is responsible for scheduling our clients and CarePros to find the best match possible. Lexie has a passion for serving older adults, previously working as a Coordinator for a Memory Care Unit for 4 years, becoming a Certified Dementia Practitioner in 2024. She understands the importance of building relationships between Client and Caregiver and values building trust and meaningful connections. Lexie resides in rural Washington County with her family and menagerie of animals including goats, chickens, multiple cats and Ben, the guard dog. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and being creative in her sewing room.
