Key responsibilities include:
Companionship and Meaningful Conversations: Providing much-needed companionship and engaging in heartfelt conversations with our clients.
Light Housekeeping and Meal Preparation: Assisting with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation, ensuring a comfortable and tidy environment.
Medication Assistance: Offering support with medication management and keeping track of important appointments.
Alzheimer's Care: Specialized care for individuals dealing with Alzheimer's disease, delivered with patience and understanding.
Respectful Treatment: Treating aging adults and their property with the highest level of respect and dignity.
Compassionate Communication: Communicating with clients in a friendly, compassionate, and empathetic manner, fostering a positive and caring atmosphere.
Thorough Screening: Completing essential background checks, including criminal, motor vehicle record, and drug screening.
Valid Driver's License and Insurance: Possessing a valid driver's license and auto insurance (required for driving clients).
No prior experience is necessary! HHA and CNA certificate is required.
