August Care Professional of the Month: Margoth V
Margoth has been on our team for over 2 years, and when we first met her during the hiring process, we knew we wanted her to join our team.
Margoth is originally from Costa Rica but spent 30 years in Massachusetts raising a family that includes a son and a daughter, both grown adults with careers and families of their own. In her free time, Margoth enjoys reading, especially about health topics. When asked about her advice to other Care Professionals, Margoth says to not take things personally when a client is having a bad day and the effects that can have on their behavior and mood. Margoth has taken care of many high needs clients in her couple of years as a Home Instead Care Professional, and we, along with the client families, can always count on her professionalism, reliability, and cheerful demeanor in all situations and with all client personalities.
