The Speaker Series session "Meal Time: Promoting Successful Mealtimes" takes place on Tuesday, September 22nd from 1:30 to 2:30pm at our Home Instead of Goodyear office, 250 N Litchfield Rd. This workshop walks through fundamental strategies for creating a supportive dining environment, preparing dementia-friendly meals, and helping loved ones maintain their independence through self-feeding techniques. Attendees will also gain practical tools to navigate tricky mealtime situations with patience and ease.
