While Home Instead caregivers spend most of their time in the homes of our awesome clients, we make a point to gather together regularly to stay in the loop. Our monthly caregiver meetings are a time to sit down together to discuss the latest industry updates, dive into new caregiving techniques, and share stories from the field. These meetings ensure that every caregiver on our team is trained to effectively serve our seniors receiving home care in Goodyear, AZ.
We also included a celebratory lunch for our "Caregivers of the Month" from 2025. We awarded certificates and gifts to those who went above and beyond for their clients while enjoying a great meal together away from the hustle and bustle of our daily schedules. When our caregivers feel informed and valued, that positive energy carries over directly into the homes of the seniors and families we serve.
