Business Development Advisor

We are seeking a Healthcare Marketer / Community Outreach Professional to build and maintain referral relationships and represent our brand throughout the community. This role focuses on relationship-based marketing through in-person outreach, networking, and professional partnerships to support seniors and others needing caregiver assistance, including respite care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Referral Partner Network (RPN) accounts
• Participate in local community outreach, networking, and events
• Deliver presentations to referral partners and community groups
• Support social media posting and engagement
• Document marketing activities and contacts in Salesforce
• Maintain organized digital records and reports
• Represent the organization professionally in the community

Qualifications:

• Strong public speaking and presentation skills (required)
• Strong computer skills (required)
• Salesforce or CRM experience preferred
• Social media familiarity
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills

Schedule:

Part-time with flexible hours. Local travel and community engagement required.
