RECRUITING AND ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR
Bobbee joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2018. She is in charge of finding and hiring great CAREGivers to add to our
growing team and managing new CAREGiver orientation and training. Bobbee
also maintains a close relationship with CAREGivers ensuring their experience
is positive and rewarding.
Jessica started with Home Instead Senior Care in December of 2017 as a CAREGiver. She is now responsible for customer service, administrative staff support and CAREGiver engagement. Jessica is that friendly and knowledgeable voice when you call our office. Jessica maintains relationships with clients, family members and CAREGivers through continuous communication from our office.
NURSE MANAGER OF SPECIALIZED SERVICES
Chelsey joined Home Instead Senior Care in August 2019 as the first ever Registered Nurse on our team! She is a valuable resource for seniors because of her ability to assist with medication management and administration. Having her as part of our team allows us to strive for what is important to us: keeping seniors in their home. Chelsey provides training to CAREGivers to ensure they can safely assist seniors with their medications, as well as deliver top quality personal care. She also provides routine check-ins to evaluate medications and overall care needs of the senior.
HOME CARE CONSULTANT
Pam became a member of the Home Instead Senior Care team in 2018. As a Home Care Consultant, Pam is responsible for Home Care advocacy, awareness and education in the community and with our Referral Provider Network. This outreach helps drive home the benefits that our care services can provide for service organizations, hospitals and senior-living communities. Relationships are at the core of it all.
CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR
Deanna is our Client Care Coordinator, which means she works with clients, their families and our Home Instead Senior Care team to coordinate and optimize all aspects of Senior Care. She conducts Care Consultations with Seniors and family members. She makes introductions of clients and CAREGivers and she performs Quality Assurance visits and calls. Deanna also maintains ongoing communication and follow-up with Seniors, CAREGivers, family members and health care providers, to ensure a positive experience for all.
