Cathi and Steve Boos are the owners of the Liberty, MO franchise office of Home Instead Senior Care. Home Instead Senior Care is the world's largest provider of comprehensive, non-medical home care services for the elderly. Their business provides services to seniors throughout Clay and Platte counties, MO. Cathi and Steve opened Home Instead Senior Care locally in 2005. Cathi has an MS in Social Gerontology and has worked with seniors in various capacities prior to opening the Liberty office. Steve is a former military officer and plant manager in the paper industry.
With over 12 years of experience at Home Instead Senior Care, starting as a CAREGiver, Millie is a client care specialist. As the General Manager, she works closely with our Client Care Coordinator, Service Coordinator (scheduling) and Recruitment and Retention Coordinator every day to ensure we create a positive experience for both clients and CAREGivers working with Home Instead Senior Care.
Jennifer joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2016. She is in charge of finding and hiring great CAREGivers to add to our growing team and managing new CAREGiver orientation and training. Jennifer also maintains a close relationship with CAREGivers ensuring their experience is positive and rewarding.
As Home Care Consultant, Anita is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships in the community, as they relate to Home Instead Senior Care. She is able to recommend appropriate Home Instead Senior Care services and additional community resources to referral providers and potential clients. Anita also arranges and conducts presentations for referral providers and community groups.
Hope is our Client Care Coordinator, which means she works with clients, their families and our Home Instead Senior Care team to coordinate all aspects of a client's care. She conducts quality assurance visits, care consultations with potential clients and introductions between Clients and CAREGivers who are meeting for the first time. Hope also maintains ongoing communication and follow-up with Clients and CAREGivers to ensure a positive experience for both.
As Service Coordinator, Jen creates and maintains Client and CAREGiver schedules, seeking to find the best match for each one. She also communicates daily with clients, CAREGivers and the Home Instead team to address and resolve any issues that may arise.
Betty is in charge of billing and payroll functions for all Home Instead Senior Care clients and CAREGivers. Betty also assists with the CAREGiver onboarding process and provides exceptional customer service while helping clients and CAREGivers on a daily basis through telephone or walk-in traffic.
Having a background in teaching, Brenda is a great fit for CAREGiver education. Brenda has also worked as a Home Instead Senior Care CAREGiver, giving her insight into the needs of clients and challenges CAREGivers face. Brenda develops and conducts our CAREGiver training classes and heads up our CAREGiver mentorship program, making sure CAREGivers get off to a good start.
Vivian is a registered nurse and worked in the hospice and home health fields for many years before coming to Home Instead Senior Care. Vivian is responsible for training CAREGivers on specialized services. She is also available for medication set-ups and nurse assessments at clients' request.
