and CAREGivers possess a heartfelt desire to work with seniors in your
community. We serve St. Cloud and the surrounding areas. We are reminded
everyday why we were chosen to serve seniors in our community.
Services are typically tailored to each person's needs. Non-medical
CAREGivers can help with meal preparation, making the bed, doing
laundry, taking out the garbage and mailing bills and letters. They can
also remind clients when it's time to take daily medications. Often
CAREGivers become companions with whom a senior can play cards, do
crafts, go on outings and just reminisce.
St.Cloud Home Instead Senior care can also provide personal care.
Personal care includes home health aide services under the supervision
of a Registered Nurse. Licensed by the State of Minnesota, our staff
will have specific training to provide an even higher level of services.
We can provide assistance with dressing, toileting, transfers, bathing
and oral care.
One-on-one service to our clients is performed by CAREGivers who are
screened, trained, bonded and insured. We pay very special attention to
matching our CAREGivers with our clients to achieve the utmost
compatibility. Our caring office staff is always on-call and ready to
answer your questions and accomodate your senior service needs.
Tracy is responsible for the oversight of all CAREGiver Human Resource related activities, including CAREGiver recruitment, hiring, Home Instead Senior Care standards training, and retention. She is also responsible for employment paperwork, background checks, and ensuring compliance regarding employment law. Tracy cares deeply about the needs of others. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Amy works closely with our clients and their families beginning with the Care Consultation and client and CAREGiver introductions. She conducts nurse assessments and develops care plans according to our clients' needs. Amy maintains relationships with the clients and assists them as their needs may change. She is also responsible for Quality Assurance and Supervisory visits. Amy has lived in the St. Cloud area for almost 20 years with her family. In her spare time, Amy likes to quilt and go for walks.
Angela develops relationships and partners with local hospitals, transitional care units (TCUs), rehab and nursing facilities, assisted and independent living communities, and many others to assist with the continuum of care and safe transition of our Seniors to their home or community. In her downtime, Angela and her husband enjoy many outdoor activities that include biking, hiking and traveling in addition to being devoted parents to their two French Bulldogs.
Lindsay is responsible for all client and CAREGiver scheduling. She works closely with our Client Care Managers, clients, and CAREGivers to ensure that monthly schedules are completed and communicated appropriately. Her interests outside of work include camping, fishing, biking, thrift store shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
Mary's primary responsibilities are to assist clients and CAREGivers with their needs after office hours. This includes staffing needs that occur after hours, emergency calls from clients and CAREGivers, as well as relaying pertinent information to our Client Care Managers. She helps keep our services seamless so our clients can receive the care they need and our CAREGivers can get timely assistance. She lives in the metropolitan area and likes to travel.
Pam's primary responsibilities are to assist clients and CAREGivers with their needs after office hours. This includes staffing needs that occur after hours, emergency calls from clients and CAREGivers, as well as relaying pertinent information to our Client Care Managers. She helps keep our services seamless so our clients can receive the care they need and our CAREGivers can get timely assistance. Pam enjoys hunting, fishing, and hiking with her husband and is passionate about helping others.
Carly's primary responsibilities are to assist clients and CAREGivers with their needs after office hours. This includes staffing needs that occur after hours, emergency calls from clients and CAREGivers, as well as relaying pertinent information to our Client Care Managers. She helps keep our services seamless so our clients can receive the care they need and our CAREGivers can get timely assistance.
Lisa is the first point of contact for answering incoming phone calls and will direct your call to the appropriate office team member. She is also responsible for special projects and assists office staff with administrative tasks as needed. She lives with her husband and daughters in rural Central MN where she loves to spend her spare time helping her parents on the family farm, going dancing and making the best of every day.
Carmen is responsible for all billing and payroll activities. She also assists with CAREGiver scheduling, answers phones, completes administrative duties and supports office staff members with clerical tasks.
Jason has had a heart for seniors from a very young age. When he received his driver’s license on his 16th birthday, Jason promptly visited his grandmother Damon at the nursing home to take her to the nearby Piggly Wiggly deli for coffee and her favorite Chocolate Donut! Visiting Grandma Damon became a weekly routine for Jason.
While living in California, miles away from his hometown Appleton, WI, Jason and his wife Dawn visited nearby nursing home resident, Juanita Spencer, after church every week to brighten her day and teach their children the importance of serving seniors in the community. Juanita passed away a few years later and Jason and Dawn named their 4th child, Spencer, in honor of Mrs. Spencer.
After a 21 year career with musical instrument retailer Guitar Center, Jason joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2013 as President of five franchises in Wisconsin. Jason and his wife, Dawn, now own Home Instead Senior Care franchises in St. Cloud and Andover, with a satellite office in Stillwater. Today, Jason employs over 200 CAREGivers and office staff throughout both franchises.
