Meet Our Team
About Us

Tracy O'Connor, Recruitment & Engagement Manager
Tracy recruits Love(v.) CAREGivers and is their direct supervisor. She overseas CAREGiver recruitment, training and coaching as well as engagement events! She is the direct contact for all CAREGiver referrals. Tracy ensures that employment paperwork, background checks, and other hiring documents are compliant with federal and state employment laws.
Tracy spends her time with family camping, cooking and baking with her children and grandchildren.

Lindsay Gossard, Service Coordinator
Working at our Waite Park office, Lindsay is responsible for managing our scheduling and On-Call team for both Andover and Waite Park. On a daily basis, her primary role is scheduling Waite Park clients and CAREGivers while working closely with our office team members to ensure that monthly schedules are completed and communicated in a timely manner.
Lindsay started in 2001 as a Certified Nursing Assistant and has had many different roles in the healthcare field. Her interests outside of work include camping, fishing, biking, thrift store shopping, and spending time with family and friends!

Connie Thompson, Home Care Consultant
Connie is responsible for taking all in-coming client inquiries, following up with client inquiries, and conducting in-home care consultations with clients and their family members. Connie covers both the Andover and Waite Park offices and meets with families Monday through Friday. When families can't meet during the week, they are available on weekends on an as-needed basis.
In Connie’s free time, she enjoys camping and spending time with her family and friends.

Madalyn Thompson, Client Intake Coordinator
In Madalyn's free time she loves to spend time with friends and family, go camping and fish!

Mary Kay, RN Care Manager
Mary Kay works closely with clients and their families, beginning with the Care Assessment and CAREGiver introduction. She helps develop and maintain customized care plans to meet each client's needs and provides initial and ongoing training with our CAREGivers at our office, in our clients' homes and via video conferences. Mary Kay maintains relationships with her clients on an ongoing basis; assisting them as their needs may change.
Mary Kay's interests include travel, competitive swimming, running, golf, hiking, biking, cooking and reading.

Jeryn, RN, Care Manager
Jeryn works closely with clients and their families, beginning with the Care Assessment and CAREGiver introduction. She helps develop and maintain customized care plans to meet each client's needs and provides initial and ongoing training with our CAREGivers at our office, in our clients' homes and via video conferences. Jeryn maintains relationships with her clients on an ongoing basis; assisting them as their needs may change.
She loves to walk, hike, and has a perennial flower garden. Jeryn and her family enjoy time at the lake, traveling, and watching her kids in all of their various activities.

On-Call After Hours Service Coordinator Team: Pam DeSalle, Mary Byrnes & Carly Kalina
All three On-Call team members are extremely committed to our service and have experience in the healthcare industry, making for a seamless transition from our day-time office staff to On-Call!

Angela Wisely, Marketing & Communications Manager
Angela develops relationships and partners and with local hospitals, transitional care units (TCUs), rehab and nursing facilities, assisted and independent living communities and many others to assist with the continuum of care and safe transition of seniors to their home or community. She manages these relationships in the Andover/Stillwater and Waite Park/St Cloud franchise markets, and everywhere in-between!
During her downtime, Angela and her husband enjoy outdoor activities that include biking, hiking and traveling in addition to being devoted parents to their two French Bulldogs; Joey and Buddha.

Lisa Schirmer, Administrative Assistant/Receptionist
Lisa is the first point of contact for answering incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate office team member. She is also responsible for the company newsletter, special projects and assists office staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Lisa and her husband have two daughters and a son. She loves to spend her spare time helping her parents on the family dairy farm, going dancing and making the best of every day. Lisa serves both the Waite Park office and Andover Home Instead offices.

Dawn Crane, Engagement Coordinator
Designing costumes, putting on CAREGiver events and tweaking our Home Instead website and Facebook pages, fit Dawn’s talents and passion for “behind the scenes” work, quite the opposite of her husband Jason!

Jason Crane, Owner
Jason has had a heart for seniors from a very young age. When he received his driver’s license on his 16th birthday, Jason promptly visited his grandmother Damon at the nursing home to take her to the nearby Piggly Wiggly deli for coffee and her favorite Chocolate Donut! isiting Grandma Damon became a weekly routine for Jason.
While living in California, miles away from his hometown Appleton, WI, Jason and his wife Dawn visited nearby nursing home resident, Juanita Spencer, after church every week to brighten her day and teach their children the importance of serving seniors in the community. Juanita passed away a few years later and Jason and Dawn named their 4th child, Spencer, in honor of Mrs. Spencer.
After a 21 year career with musical instrument retailer Guitar Center, Jason joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2013 as President of five franchises in Wisconsin. Jason and his wife, Dawn, now own Home Instead Senior Care franchises in St. Cloud and Andover, with a satellite office in Stillwater. Today, Jason employs over 200 CAREGivers and office staff throughout both franchises.
