  3. Family Caregiver Support at Your Fingertips

In the business of CAREGiving, we understand that families need support. Our CAREGivers are trained to help seniors remain in their own homes as they age; however, most family caregivers don’t have that background. The result? Oftentimes, stress, frustration and anxiety – which can be tough to reconcile when caring for someone you love.

We have several resources available to help, if you’re a family caregiver who is looking for emotional support:

  • On the web: Our caregiver stress website offers the latest articles, videos and resources for family caregivers. You can also enjoy blogs about family caregiving, or ask questions to our expert, Dr. Amy D’Aprix. There’s also a bit of humor with regular video blogs from humorist Mary Maxwell.
  • On Facebook: The Remember for Alzheimer’s page has become a resource for family caregivers – especially those who are caring for a senior loved one with Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia. Check out this page for compelling questions and conversation designed to support family caregivers.
  • On the phone: If you want to talk to our staff about how we can help ease the burden of family caregiving, please call us at 480-827-4343. From a few hours a week to 24/7 care, we’re here to help you take care of your senior loved ones.

It’s okay to admit that family caregiving can be difficult. We’re happy to offer resources and services to help.
