Human Resources Manager
Stefanie first joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2008 in Virginia. She relocated back home to San Diego and joined our team in 2011. She is the quintessential soccer mom to two daughters. She enjoys time with her family, pets & football. Stefanie is responsible for HR, overseeing, onboarding, recruitment, engagement, and retention or our CAREGiver's.
Jennifer began with Home Instead as a CAREGiver in 2016, and eventually grew into the role of our staffing coordinator. Having cared for seniors out in the field herself, she is well-attuned to client needs. She also really enjoys the fast-pace and the challenge of managing the many moving parts associated with scheduling and staffing. Jennifer's goal is to make great matches between CAREGiver and client. She is thrilled to be able to serve seniors and their families.

Christina joined out team in Aug of 2018. Her love of helping our clients and their family is shown everyday with her dedication.
CAREGiver Training and Quality Assurance.
Yolanda has been with us since 2003. She started out as a Home Instead Senior Care CAREGiver and was promoted into the office after caregiving for over a year. Yolanda is responsible for training and developing our CAREGiver team and conducts our quality assurance program.
Dawn joined our CAREGiver team back in March 2011 and has done a great job. In March of 2013 we had her join our admin team.
