Jan and her counterpart, Peggy, share a passion for cultivating meaningful relationships and exceptional experiences between clients and caregivers. Each serves as a liaison between families, clients and caregivers to ensure that client needs are met with excellence and compassion. Jan's personal experience in caring for her mother during her final years has given her a perspective to relate to the families with which we work. She is deeply committed to providing Highly Personalized Care to each of her clients. Jan, who moved back to Iowa with her beagle and two cats, loves Nebraska football, and spending time with her family and grandkids.
Heather has an enormous passion for helping others find solutions to their needs! She joined our office as Home Care Consultant in April of 2015. Heather's main responsibility is building relationships with referral providers, and educating the community about Home Care. Her education in Children and Family Services and Aging Services Management also equips her to manage Client Care for our clients who reside in a community setting.
Heather spends her time outside of Home Instead with her 3 children, and beloved family guinea pig, Chewbacca and her new puppy, Hank.
Denise recruits and hires our amazing CAREGivers through the lens of a daughter, seeking out only those individuals she would have trusted with her own mother. She also uses her experience as a CAREGiver to identify individuals who can give Highly Personalized Care in a professional manner.She has high standards with which she measures perspective Home Instead CAREGivers and loves finding those that she would be honored to work alongside.
Stevie is responsible for setting CAREGivers up for success through Home Instead quality training, highly personalized care team meetings and one-on-one coaching. She works closely with all other members of the office staff to find creative solutions to meet the ever changing needs of our clients and CAREgivers. She is passionate about promoting self-care and providing tools to engage with each other in a meaningful way. When not working or being a mom, she loves long walks in nature, sitting on the patio watching wildlife and practicing yoga.
