Our team at Home Instead has a TON to be thankful for this November! We were able to provide meals to Vail Food Bank, pumpkin pies to caregivers, and the best home care for the 5th year in a row! It has truly been a blessed month for us.
Vail Food Bank provides emergency food to families, meals for the home-bound, and supplemental weekend nutrition “backpacks” for Vail students as well as other short-term service initiatives. Thanks to the help of our amazing caregivers, we provided over 300 lbs of food! Our caregivers also delivered Thanksgiving meals for our clients filled with all our favorites, like turkey and noodles. Then, each caregiver was given a pumpkin pie as our way of saying "thanks."
On top of all that, we were even awarded Best Home Care for the 5th year! It has truly been a pleasure caring for the amazing people in our community. We hope that you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
