Anne’s genuine compassion to help people is what makes her so special. She’s able to encourage people to do things that they didn’t think were possible. Julia is one in a million, displaying empathy and professionalism at all times! She treats all of her clients like they are her family, always making sure that they are well take care of. Julia truly cares and is often recognized for making a positive difference in her clients lives, they absolutely adore her. She is always willing to help cover a shift with a client when she can and handles difficult situations with the utmost respect. Her constant communication with the office is stellar, keeping us updated and always advocating for her clients. Andrea has been a part of the Home Instead family for over 5 years! Dependability, going the extra mile (literally, living in Three Points), anticipating client needs, advocating for the safety of her clients through the pandemic - making sure her clients were able to get vaccinated.. and of course, an amazing cook! Patricia consistently goes above and beyond and has a heart of gold. Her genuine care and compassion is truly contagious and is felt among all her clients as well as the office team. A recent example, one of her client’s had an emergency at 10:30 at night, and requested she come to provide overnight care. A quick call to Patricia, and she was there was there without hesitation. Grateful seems like an understatement, we truly are honored to have Patricia as part of the Home Instead family.
