- By Kim Vander V.Home Instead in Green Valley is an excellent resource for home health care. We only ended up using them 6 weeks since we had to move my Mom to Colorado into assisted living. They worked with our schedule and adjusted it a few times due to a hospital stay. They added more coverage on short notice. We had one main caregiver, Yadi who my Mom bonded to immediately. Yadi took initiative and did not need to be told what she could do for Mom. If Yadi had a conflict they were always able to cover her shifts and all the other caregivers were genuine, professional and transitioned well with Mom. We never worried about items in the house. We were familiar with Home Instead in Colorado and their reputation carried through to Arizona. We would highly recommend this company!!

The team is great at organizing everything taking care of billing long term insurance, etc. Also keeps me notified of any changes and the communication is great. Highly recommend.
This review is for my caregiver Yadi, who has been with us since February 2023. She is like having my alter ego here; she anticipates what is to be done, is a hard worker, and most of all like a member of the family. She is a great companion, and very knowledgeable as to the care of diabetes, which my husband has. Hopefully, we will continue to have her help and companionship in the future.
Amber has the been the best caregiver for my Aunt in Green Valley. She is always updating me as to how my Aunt is doing and she also let's me know if there is anything that my Aunt needs. With me living in MN, I don't have eyes on my Aunt. Amber does and she does a fantastic job of taking care of my Aunt. I couldn't ask for a more caring, loving caregiver. THANK YOU AMBER!
Hannah from Home Instead has been so helpful in taking care of our family member who has Alzheimer's. Hannah is so friendly, caring, patient and understanding. We couldn't have made it through the past 5 years without Hannah and Home Instead's help. I highly recommend Home Instead as an option of keeping your loved one at home for as long as they can.

We consider her to be part of our family - and she treats my mom as if she is her own grandmother. We have been blessed beyond measure by BRITTNI's attention to detail, love, compassion, and ability to read the nuances of what our mom's needs are. Home Instead is by far the most professional, authentic, and in every aspect - wonderful! The are very communicative and work with you and your loved one to ensure the care is the right fit through the many changes they might go through. The entire team feels like family, from the owners to the caretakers. BRITTNI is heaven sent, easing the worry and stress from us - knowing she is well cared for when she is there. She has a very energetic and engaging demeanor and is always upbeat and positive. My mother absolutely adores her and is always happy to see her. I am grateful for Heather's services as it allows me to split my time between 2 states and still know that my mother is well cared for.

Almost a year and a half ago faced with a health challenge and in need of home care a nurse friend recommended Home Instead in Green Valley. After a phone call and and a delightful interview with the owners Tom and Neally Meisinger in my home I felt that I would be in good hands. The Care givers are outstanding in their work ethic treating me with courtesy, kindness and respect. At 89 years old it is refreshing to be treated and spoken with as an adult. Each one brings her life experiences, sense of humor and her varied talents each visit. I am grateful to all the staff and the care givers for their professionalism, positive attitudes, and look forward to each day with each and all.

- By CamPerry1We live across the country from my 90 year old mother, and she needs caregiving to ensure she's taking her medications on time, eating well, drinking plenty of water and staying engaged with others as she lives alone since her husband died a few years ago. Home Instead provides all of these services for her everyday - and much more. We could not be happier with their service! Their team is engaged every day in every aspect of caring for her. They provide online access to the schedule, caregiver, specific notes and comments so we can monitor her daily care. They even provide a "GrandPad" - a computer tablet that sits on her tabletop that allows us and other family members to upload photos and videos for her from anywhere in the world! It even has voice and video calling - quite a great perk they provide included with their service. The management team, as well as the owners, at Home Instead is actively engaged in the day-to-day care they provide. We recommend them without hesitation!

- By Rev. DaveWell, they didn't have a choice for spouse of the client but my wife is the real client. The care team dos all of the usual tasks to keep a household running such as cooking, cleaning with the additional responsibilities for doing most of the bathing and grooming. All of the helpers were very good but some really excelled and Joan would light up when they were around as they had brains and weren't afraid to use them, they had a strong sense of responsibility and showed a lot of initiative. The agency was always responsive to our needs and found ways to fill in for sudden absences (now is not the time for a caregiver to come to work sick). It is never a good idea for anyone to come to work sick, especially in the health care and anything connected with food service. You would be surprised at how many restaurants expect you there sick or not, we know because we have seen sick people eat work and hear horror stories from family and friends in the business. Home Instead frowns on working sick and we have told a few of their staff that yes, it was OK to leave early because they felt like they were coming down with something. We recommend Home Instead to you, especially the Green valley Office. They even provide you with a "GraandPad" that lets the customers communicate with the office or loved ones, check email, play games, etc.
