During his time supporting local franchises and connecting with Home Instead owners, Tom was inspired to one day open an office of his own. His wife and co-owner, Nealy, brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial industry, with a strong background in executive leadership, corporate training, operations, management, and sales. Together, Tom and Nealy dreamed of building something meaningful combining their talents to make a difference in their community. Their passion for senior care became deeply personal when Tom's mother received services through Home Instead. That experience deepened their commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care that allows seniors to age at home with dignity and independence. Today, their Green Valley office is a reflection of that passion-where clients and Care Professionals alike are treated like family. In their free time, Tom and Nealy enjoy spending time with family, exploring the beauty of Arizona, and cheering on the Minnesota Vikings and Nebraska Cornhuskers.

Meet Olynka - Born and raised in Nogales, AZ, Olynka's love for her hometown runs deep-so much so that she's never felt the need to leave. With roots firmly planted in a family legacy of agricultural work, she spent 16 years in the industry, embracing the values of hard work and dedication. Life took a heartfelt turn when she became the caregiver for her grandfather during his illness. Through that deeply personal experience, Olynka discovered a new calling-one that combined compassion, connection, and purpose. She realized she wanted a role where both her heart and mind could come together to make a difference in the lives of others. That calling led her to Home Instead, where she's found true fulfillment helping others live with dignity and joy. When she's not working, Olynka cherishes quality time with her family, enjoys baking up sweet treats, and never turns down a good game of dominoes.

Meet Daniela "Dani" - Originally from the charming town of Bisbee, AZ, Daniela moved to Sahuarita with her family in 2016. Her journey with Home Instead began in 2020 as a Care Professional, where her vibrant energy and genuine compassion quickly stood out. It wasn't long before she stepped into various roles in the office, bringing joy, connection, and purpose to both clients and team members. Daniela's passion for caregiving was deeply inspired by her experience caring for her grandmother, who wished to remain at home during her illness. After her passing, Daniela made it her mission to honor her grandmother's memory by being there for others who need that same loving care. In addition to her hands-on experience, Daniela holds a Medical Assistant Certificate and is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Healthcare Administration-a testament to her dedication to growing in this field. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family, exploring her creativity through painting, and hitting the road for spontaneous adventures. And around the office? She's affectionately known as Dani the DJ-our karaoke queen who always keeps the good vibes going!

Meet Analisa - Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Analisa has spent her career walking alongside individuals and families through moments of change, challenge, and connection. Before joining Home Instead, she worked in hospice care, behavioral health, and volunteer coordination-supporting programs that brought comfort, dignity, and companionship to those who needed it most. Her passion for this work runs deep in having supported her own family through medical and end-of-life journeys, Analisa understands just how impactful the right guidance and care can be. That personal connection fuels her commitment to helping others feel supported, seen, and never alone in the process. As Home Care Business Development Specialist, Analisa focuses on building trusted relationships across Southern Arizona-connecting families to compassionate care and helping them navigate each step with clarity and confidence. In her free time, Analisa runs a photography business with her husband, capturing love stories with warmth and intention. She also enjoys tending to her houseplants, spending time with her rescue cats, and hosting game nights with family and friends. She's a proud wife, sister, and Tia, always bringing heart into the spaces she's part of.

Known for her ability to connect with people from all walks of life, Chozyn ensures that every new Care Professional feels supported, valued, and empowered. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband, daughter, two dogs, and cat, who keep her life full of joy and laughter.

A Nogales native with deep roots in Mexico, Denise moved to Tucson in 2020, carrying with her a lifelong dream: to help people of all ages. She found that dream realized at Home Instead, where her compassion and dedication shine every day. One moment that stays with her is the smile of her very first client as they shared their journey living with cancer, a memory that reaffirmed her love for this work. Denise leads by example, mentoring and onboarding new Care Professionals, ensuring they feel confident and supported as they begin their own journeys in care. With her warmth, patience, and heart for others, Denise doesn't just provide care - she brightens lives. In her free time, Denise enjoys road trips and spending quality time with loved ones.

Meet Bubba - The Chief Snack Inspector. You might hear his paws before you see him, but once Bubba arrives, he steals the show-and probably a few treats too. Bubba brings instant smiles to everyone he meets. His gentle presence and endless love have a magical way of lifting spirits-whether it's our team, clients, or their families. He's more than just a pup-he's part of the heart of our Home Instead family. With just a wag of his tail, Bubba helps people forget their worries, even if just for a moment. He's a good boy!
