Goodlettsville June 2021 Professional CAREGiver of the Month - Jeanne M.
Meet Jeanne Marie M., the June Professional CAREGiver of the Month for Goodlettsville! Jeanne Marie was a caregiver and receptionist for Vanderbilt for 7 years. Her husband was diagnosed with ALS in 2018 and she had to give up her job to stay home and take care of him. He passed away in 2019 and left her with a son that was still in school. That is what led her to Home Instead. She needed a job that was flexible in days as well as hours. Her son just graduated from high school and she is grateful to have been able to work and spend the time she needed with him.
Jeanne Marie has a very caring heart. She loves being a caregiver and making a difference in her clients lives. She is always on time and ready for each day. She always has a smile on her face, even if it has been a very challenging day. When she is not providing excellent care to her clients, you may find her reading mysteries or growing flowers and vegetables in her garden.
Jeanne Marie’s supervisor says, “You never have to worry about Jeanne Marie. You know she will always be on time and ready for whatever the day brings”. We are certainly happy Jeanne Marie chose to share her gifts with Home Instead. We hope she continues to “Share Her Heart” with her clients for many years to come!
