I am proud to submit Scott Sears, Director of Client Services, for February 2022 Key Player of the Month!
Scott is an exceptional team member, who wears his heart on his sleeve! He is passionate about the individuals we serve, as well as the Professional CAREGivers that we employ. Scott is dedicated, and committed to our Mission, Core Values & Core Purpose. He relentlessly pursues excellence in his role daily!
Scott is reliable and goes above and beyond the call of duty, every single day! An example of his willingness to go above and beyond, is the fact that he transports Professional CAREGivers from Clarksville to our Dickson County clients, after hours and even weekends to ensure they receive care. Scott has served our Country and is a proud Veteran. He connects with our Veteran clients, and strives to keep them optimized through their benefits, and has even visited several of these clients during his personal time, to show continued care.
Words cannot express how absolutely blessed I am to lead such a great person. Scott truly represents living Home Instead, and exemplifies all that we stand for, genuinely. I hope he is chosen, as I cannot imagine another person, who deserves acknowledgement more than Scott Sears “aka Scottie Boy”!
