Our December 2021 Professional Caregiver of the Month is Myrna King. Myrna King grew up in Mansfield, Ohio. She had been a cashier, a food tray deliverer in a hospital and then worked for the Corp of Engineers where she retired. She still wanted to work after retiring and found Home Instead. She loves being a caregiver and making a difference in our aging adult’s lives. Myrna is always ready to take on extra work. She will go the extra mile for her clients to make sure they are safe and happy. She likes to try new restaurants, likes to take long naps and watch TV on her off time. Myrna has such a kind heart. She is always ready to help when we need her. Her laugh is contagious! She does not have a favorite restaurant but likes all kinds of different foods. Her favorite holiday is Thanksgiving and her favorite celebrity is Angela Bassett.
