Get ready! The rubber duckies are coming our way.
And watch out for the biggest ducky of all - the mischievous one you'll find lurking around Safeway in Sequim and the Sequim Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Center.
Ducks go on sale daily starting Friday, April 22nd at all Safeway stores in Port Angeles and Sequim, Swain's General Store, Wilder Auto in Port Angeles, First Federal, Lovell's Roadrunner Shell convenience store, Sound Community Bank and several other locations.
With one duck you can win a 2022 Toyota Corolla from Wilder Auto in Port Angeles or any of the other 40 prizes!
The cost to adopt a duck is $6. You can also purchase a "quack pack" for $30 getting you 6 ducks for the price of 5.
But of course, the most important reason to adopt a duck is to support a very worthy cause! Over $3,650,000 has been raised in the 32 year history of the Great Olympic Peninsula Duck Race for the Olympic Medical Center Foundation. Your money will provide valuable equipment for Port Angeles and Sequim at Olympic Medical Center.
