From Caregiver to Service Coordinator!
I started caregiving for Home Instead in 2018. It was my first time caregiving and I absolutely loved it! I joined the office staff last year as the Service Coordinator. Scheduling can be a challenge but connecting clients with our amazing team of Caregivers is rewarding. It has been a great experience and I’m looking forward to many more years!

At Home Instead we recognize that our Caregivers are our greatest asset! With that in mind, we are always looking to help those Caregivers looking to increase their impact by developing new professional skills or by utilizing their existing hidden talents.
We offer online training modules that are both skill-specific and condition-specific so that Caregivers can continue to develop and grow! We also offer a very detailed Alzheimer's training course. Regular satisfaction surveys and annual reviews (with pay increases) ensure that we HEAR our Caregivers and are actively working with them to fulfill and achieve their goals for growth!
