Front Desk and after hours phones

Home Instead is looking for an awesome, caring individual to handle our important front desk responsibilities and to also be part of the team that supports our clients and Care Professionals after hours. Work 4-5 hours per day during the regular work week, but also handle after hours phones on certain weekdays and 10-20 weekends per year.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Being the first voice people hear when calling Home Instead.
  • Assisting the office staff with various support functions
  • Managing our small fleet of company vehicles
  • Handling after hours phone calls on certain specified weeknights and weekends
  • Providing care to clients on an as needed basis
