Amy & Tom Giovannani - Owners
Amy & Tom are a solid team, being married for over 30 years. Amy has worked with our older adult population for 25 years, they are her passion. Tom has been a successful business owner in his own right for 17 years. Tom's expertise and skillset allows him to wear many different hats at Home Instead. Amy is also a Support Group Facilitator for the Alzheimer's Association and facilitates Dementia Support Groups for our Community.
Melissa - General Manager
Melissa is the glue that holds our team together! She has been with Home Instead for 4 years and instrumental in assisting our client's and family members, our Care Professionals and our office team. Melissa manages the day to day operations to keep us running smoothly.

Dani - Director of Human Resources
Dani has been on our Team for 3 years and she plays an intricate role that ensures we here at Home Instead are following the employment laws in addition to processing our payroll and receivables. Our Care Professionals enjoy connecting with Dani on a wide range of their needs as well. Dani fosters a positive attitude that in turn, provides a positive workplace culture.

Jamie - Registered Nurse and Director of Nurse Directed Services
Jamie comes to us with many years of experience in Home Care and as a Charge Nurse working with the older adult population. Jamie will provide medication management, foot and nail care, catheter care and replacement, wound care, Hospice support training for our Care Professionals. Jamie is delighted to meet our Clients and their family members.

Carmen - Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator
We are thrilled to have Carmen on our Team as our Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator. Carmen has a wonderful, positive attitude and enjoys meeting Home Instead Care Professional applicants. She is exceptional at conversing, evaluating applications, conducting interviews and so much more to ensure Home Instead is hiring qualified, kind, and caring Care Professionals for our Community. She is focused on hiring top quality Care Pro’s and does this exceptionally well.

April plays an intricate role here at Home Instead and finds pleasure in communicating with our Client’s, family members and Care Professionals to ensure our Client’s needs are being met. She also works diligently to match our Client’s with the best Care Professionals based on your needs and our Care Team that includes their skillset, experience and personality. It is not only April’s goal to provide you with outstanding coverage and support but to also help to build a lasting trusting relationship for you or your loved one. April is happy to help you with your scheduling needs anytime.

Kennedy - Office Coordinator
Kennedy supports our office team in many ways! She plays an important role in completing our company’s daily operations. She is happy to jump in anytime to ensure things are running smoothly, not only within our office, but also when it comes to our Client’s and family member’s needs. Kennedy carries a bright, happy smile that matches her cheerful personality!

Kim - On Call Supervisor
Kim moved to New England over twenty years ago and has since moved back to her native Kentucky, where she leads a full, rich life with her husband and dog and cats, enjoying camping, nature walks, gardening, sewing and crafting, singing and playing the guitar. Kim has been a caregiver all of her life, and in particular enjoys providing hospice care to those in need. Kim was a CAREGiver for Home Instead for many years and now remotely manages our after-hours Emergency On Call and assists with scheduling.

Jean - On Call Supervisor
Jean's business background has transferred well to Home Instead with her commitment to our clients. Her attention to detail comes through in finding appropriate matches of CAREGivers and clients when scheduling. You will find Jean's personality engaging, upbeat and always friendly. She has lived in Kennebunk for twenty years and is close with her adult children and growing number of grandchildren.
