FSSA Direct Service Workforce Grant 2023

We are proud to announce that our New Albany office has qualified for a $54,087.99 grant award from the FSSA. The funds will be distributed to us in three equal payments, one at the end of January and the others in early March and June of 2023. These funds will be used to support our Care Professionals who provide direct care services to our Medicaid Waiver clients. Starting in February, and on a monthly basis thereafter, qualifying Care Pros who work with our Medicaid Waiver clients will receive discretionary bonuses as rewards and "thank you's" through the end of the calendar year 2023, or until the funds are exhausted, whichever occurs first. The bonus amount and criteria that we determine in our sole discretion each month will correlate with work performed caring for Medicaid Waiver clients. Care Pros must have provided direct care to a Waiver client during each month the funds are available for us to determine their eligibility for bonus disbursement and be employed at the time the bonuses are due to be paid in order to qualify for any grant-funded bonus.

Please contact Bryan Pearl, Executive Director, with any question regarding how the funds will be spent. He may be reached at (812) 948-9770.
