ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
for our Seattle office
The Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of clerical and administrative duties that will support Home Instead® Clients, as well as the efforts of our valued CAREGivers and the Key Player Team. Phone calls and visitors to the office will be greeted in a warm, welcoming manner by the Administrative Assistant, and all issues followed through to resolution. The Administrative Assistant will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of our home care business. This is a full-time position that requires regular attendance and punctuality Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Experience in the senior care industry is a plus!

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to produce high quality work in a timely manner
- Proficient with Microsoft applications
- Comfortable with a multi-line phones
- $20 - $22 per hour DOE
