Home Instead (a local non-medical home care provider for seniors) is hiring for the position of a Scheduling Coordinator (full-time or part-time). Within this position, you will be creating home care schedules for seniors - creating relationships with caregivers providing companionship and personal care to our clients and assisting a great team with growing our local business to new heights! The Scheduling Coordinator will be responsible for getting to know our local clients and caregivers and creating the best possible client/caregiver matches based on locations, personality traits, and previous care experience. If you love solving problems, being social, and you're driven to succeed- this position will be PERFECT for you!

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, an optimistic personality, be computer literate, and be able to think clearly in a high pressure situation. Prior scheduling or health care experience is a plus!

The Scheduler's primary duties would include:
-Managing the overall CAREGiver and client schedules
-Communication focal point to our CAREGiver team in managing and monitoring visits and any schedule changes
-Working with a team on managing / ensuring quality home care for our clients

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm if on a full-time schedule; part-time schedule is negotiable
