Dedicated Case Manager for each client - Personal relationships with our clients and their families means the client’s needs are the priority. Registered Nurse – As an RN, our Director of Case Management has the knowledge and experience to help guide families as the client’s needs change and can coordinate additional medical services if needed. Having the ability to assess at a high clinical level ensures our clients have the right resources to remain in their own homes as desired.
Long Term Clients - Home Instead has long standing relationships with our clients. While some receive care for a short recovery period or respite care, we have served many clients for several years, some for as long as 15 years.
