Paid Time Off
- Monthly drawing for 8 hours of Paid Time off so you can take a day off and not worry about losing money
Paid Sick Leave
- 72 hours of Paid Sick Leave if you are ill and unable to attend your shifts, you accrue this PSL every hour you work, the amount is reflected on your paycheck
7 Holidays Paid at Time and a Half
- New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day
Paid Trainings and Quarterly Meetings
- You are paid for all trainings in-person and virtual, which helps improve your skillsets. We also hold Care Professional Quarterly Meetings, where special training opportunities are presented, you are paid, and we have fun!
Pet Insurance
- Spot Pet Insurance. No premiums out of your check – you customize the plan for your pet based on what you want covered and how much you want to spend!
COVID Precautions in place
- If you are sick, you are highly encouraged to stay home! We offer all PPE, and adhere to hand washing and mask wearing in the office. As well as vaccinations and boosters encouraged.
