​Jill discovered her passion for home care in 2007 while attending San Francisco State University, when she was offered the opportunity to work as a one-on-one live-in caregiver, for her elderly family friend. She provided in-home care and support to her client, while simultaneously earning a Bachelor's of Arts Degree with an emphasis in Art History in 2009. In 2013, Jill joined the administrative side of home care and quickly displayed great leadership potential, becoming an essential part of management and earned a promotion as Operations Manager in 2015. Jill joined Home Instead San Francisco in January of 2018 as Director of Operations. Jill understands the home care industry well and supports her team in all facets. Jill brings a great "can-do" attitude and an innate desire to help her team, CarePros, the clients and families we serve. She loves living in in San Francisco and enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and going on long walks with her two dogs.

​Victoria Drake received her Masters in Gerontology at San Francisco State University and has actively been working with the elderly in San Francisco for just over 15 years. Her Master's thesis emphasized the idea of creating and maintaining a Quality of Life at the End of Life and it has truly been her passion to ensure that older adults have the highest level of care while maintaining their dignity and independence. Victoria is excited to bring her experience and knowledge to the Home Instead team and is ready to collaborate and continue to grow with the Home Instead San Francisco.

At Home Instead San Francisco, she partners with hospitals, senior centers, and local organizations to ensure seniors receive the compassionate, quality care they deserve. With over 15 years of experience in leadership and relationship management, Radhika brings warmth, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction, helping families feel supported, informed, and connected through every stage of care.
