Nina Boucher: General Manager & Nurse Care Coordinator
Nina is our General Manager, overseeing Home Instead Polk County operations and serving as our Nurse Care Coordinator. She acts as a liaison between families, clients, and Care Pros to ensure clients' needs are met with excellence. As a Registered Nurse, Nina is responsible for educating our Care Pros to provide the highest quality nurse-directed care. Her tenacity brings positivity and grace to all families who encounter Home Instead and our Care Pros.
Leah Sterbick: Director of Client Care
Staci Schwarz: Director of Internal Experiences & Care Pro Supervisor
Staci is our Internal Director and Care Pro Supervisor. She is passionate about encouraging and coaching Care Pros throughout their career journeys. Staci conducts Care Pro evaluations and is your go-to person for any questions. She cultivates an environment of accountability, leadership and grace.
Melissa White: Client Care Coordinator
Lori Cason: First Impressions Specialist & Weekend On-call Supervisor
Lori, our First Impressions Specialist, excels at handling inquiry calls, coordinating long-term care, and creating lasting positive impressions with our clients and Care Pros. As the weekend On-Call Supervisor, she assists and coaches Care Pros with any questions about their clients' care or schedules. Lori was honored as Caregiver of the Year in 2018.

Dawson is one of our Home Care Consultants. He is dedicated to building strong community connections and is committed to being a valuable resource for families in need. With unwavering determination and confidence, he passionately advocates for Home Instead.

Jess Johnson serves as a Home Care Consultant with years of extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Her deep understanding of care needs, combined with her dedication to service, allows her to build strong relationships within the community. Jess is passionate about helping and educating individuals and families about the support Home Instead can provide, ensuring older adults receive the care they deserve.

She later relocated to Des Moines, where she gained extensive experience in recruitment, strengthening her skills in talent selection, relationship building, and workforce development. Her passion for Home Instead and her commitment to finding the right Care Pros to support our clients guide everything she does.
Cyndee Griffiths: Administrative Assistant
Cyndee Griffiths is often the first friendly voice and warm welcome our team and Care Pros receive. With eight years of caregiving experience, she brings a deep understanding of client needs and caregiver support to her role. Whether she’s answering phones or greeting Care Pros as they arrive, Cyndee’s compassion and dedication shine through in everything she does.
