Meet Molly, who is our Learning and Development Coordinator here at Home Instead Cleveland East.
Mini Interview with Molly:
How long have you been with Home Instead and what is your current role?
I have worked here since June of 2021 and I am a Learning and Development Coordinator.
How does your background and education help you in your role?
I have a Master’s of Education in School Counseling. My passion is to help others learn and reach their full potential, intellectually and emotionally, so I think this job combines the two!
Share with us your favorite moment at Home Instead.
My first big event I helped with was an Appreciation event that allowed us to travel to many different countries through food and games. We served three meals that all focused on a different country- France, Mexico, and Italy. It was so much fun preparing for the event and seeing everyone enjoy themselves!
What is something no one knows about you?
I have a small hidden sun tattoo that I had done to remind me of my grandmother's nickname for me, sunshine.
