Home Instead is searching to hire a Caregiver Support Specialist with a positive attitude, highly motivated and whom speaks optimistically about themselves and others. This is a Full-Time position in our Concord, NC office location. This role supports the onboarding/retention of caregivers and oversees the Client Introduction Team. The candidate must be professional, able to advise & educate both Caregivers and the Client Introduction Team. The candidate should also be able to provide high-level insight to management.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Home Instead Caregiver Support Specialist include, but are not limited to:
This role will alert Home Instead staff to any potential issues or concerns. Additionally, a successful candidate would be responsible for the following:Managing time & resources of a core team of Lead Caregivers that are responsible for handling Caregiver/Client introductions
Maintaining documentation of all introductions, whether the introduction is conducted by this staff member or through one of its LEAD Caregivers
Interacting with scheduling to maintain calendar of introductions
Offering ideas to scheduling as to good client/CG matches based on interaction with clients
Assist with incoming calls as deemed necessary
Collaborating with staff on Ad Hoc basis for immediate or long-term solutions to issues or opportunities
Providing emergency staffing as requested by management
Documenting interactions with clients and Caregivers thru company-based website
Continually monitor Well Sky Dashboard for actionable scheduling entries such as missed/late clock ins, follow-up as needed
Participating in company-based training modules for continuing education & to keep skills update
Required Qualifications:
One year or more of experience in Home Health Care or Medical Facility
1 year in office setting experience
High School diploma required
Valid Drivers License
Demonstrate oral written and verbal communication skills
Ability to listen effectively
- Have the ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
