Home Instead – Seattle, WA / WFH
Pay: $22–$26 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Full-time
Home Instead Seattle is looking for a Staffing Coordinator to join our team! This full-time role will primarily be client service with home care scheduling responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls to help clients and caregivers with scheduling and support
Create and maintain client and caregiver schedules
Match caregivers with clients based on availability and compatibility
Respond to scheduling changes, call-outs, and emergencies
Maintain accurate records using scheduling software
Work closely with other administrative team members to ensure high-quality service
Qualifications:
Prior experience in scheduling, or staffing coordination roles required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn scheduling software
Experience in home care scheduling a plus
NA-C or HCA certification is a plus (but not required)
Schedule:
Full-time
Training: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30–60 days)
After training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1 hr lunch)
Occasional on-call duties with additional compensation
