Schedule

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Sunday–Thursday schedule

Minimum Requirements to Apply

• At least 2 years of caregiving experience
• Active HCA or CNA/NAC certification

Position Overview

The Lead Care Pro will:

• Perform all duties outlined in the standard caregiver role
• Take on additional responsibilities to support team operations

These added responsibilities may include:

• Caregiver engagement activities
• Training and mentorship
• Handling caregiver and client inquiries
• Supporting overall client care

Primary Responsibilities

• Cover open shifts and call-offs during scheduled work hours
• Support caregiver engagement and training:
  • Mentor new caregivers
  • Assist with skill development
  • Provide feedback and support
• Introduce caregivers to clients and ensure proper onboarding
• Communicate with the office and care team regarding:
  • Changes in client condition
  • Feedback on caregivers

Requirements

• Current resume (required to be considered)
• Active CNA or HCA license
• Prior caregiving experience
• Valid Washington State driver’s license
• Auto insurance, reliable transportation, and clean driving record(required)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting pay: $25–$27/hour (depending on experience)
• Guaranteed 40-hour work week
