Caregiver – Home Instead

Full-Time OR Part-Time / LONG Hour DAY Shifts

Home Instead is hiring CNA or HCA-certified Caregivers to join our team and help us fulfill our mission: expanding the world’s capacity to care.

Service Areas

This position will primarily serve clients in:
Shoreline and North Seattle

Primary Responsibilities

As a Home Instead Caregiver, you may support clients with tasks including:

• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Safe transfers and mobility assistance, including use of gait belts or other assistive devices

• Companionship and conversation

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Medication and appointment reminders

• Alzheimer’s/Dementia care

• Hospice support

• Promoting safety, dignity, and well-being at all times

• Communicating clearly and compassionately with clients and their families

What You Need to Apply

• Active HCA or CNA certification (Required)

• A valid driver’s license and auto insurance (preferred)

• The ability to treat clients and their homes with dignity and respect

• A kind, dependable, and patient attitude

Compensation & Schedule

• $21.30-24 per hour depending on experience

• Full-time and part-time schedules available

• Paid training and 24/7 office support
