Client Care Coordinator – Home Instead (Seattle, WA)

Full-Time | $75,000–$90,000 annually (DOE)

About the Role

As a Client Care Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional care for our clients. You'll conduct regular quality assurance visits, support caregivers, and act as a trusted liaison between clients, their families, and our care team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality assurance visits with clients and families to ensure satisfaction.

  • Address and resolve client concerns with a compassionate, solutions-based approach.

  • Introduce caregivers to clients and provide ongoing training and support.

  • Perform supervisory visits to assess caregiver skills and offer coaching as needed.

  • Proactively identify and act on opportunities to increase billable service hours by evaluating client needs and adjusting care plans accordingly.


What We’re Looking For

  • Active CNA license (required)

  • Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance (required)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proficient in computer use and able to learn new virtual platforms

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced setting

  • A service-driven mindset with a passion for senior care

Note: This is not a remote position. Travel throughout the local territory (Shoreline to Burien) is required.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Salary: $75,000–$90,000/year, based on experience

Schedule & Training

  • Full-time salaried position

  • Initial training schedule: Monday–Friday for the first 30 days
