Client Care Coordinator – Home Instead (Seattle, WA)
Full-Time | $75,000–$90,000 annually (DOE)

About the Role
As a Client Care Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional care for our clients. You'll conduct regular quality assurance visits, support caregivers, and act as a trusted liaison between clients, their families, and our care team.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality assurance visits with clients and families to ensure satisfaction.
Address and resolve client concerns with a compassionate, solutions-based approach.
Introduce caregivers to clients and provide ongoing training and support.
Perform supervisory visits to assess caregiver skills and offer coaching as needed.
Proactively identify and act on opportunities to increase billable service hours by evaluating client needs and adjusting care plans accordingly.
What We’re Looking For
Active CNA license (required)
Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance (required)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in computer use and able to learn new virtual platforms
Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a fast-paced setting
A service-driven mindset with a passion for senior care
Note: This is not a remote position. Travel throughout the local territory (Shoreline to Burien) is required.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: $75,000–$90,000/year, based on experience
