All CARE Pros will have access to the PayPIus system once they receive their first check. CARE Pros will be able to view not only their current pay statement, but previous pay statements, W-2 forms and other pay related information such as Sick Time and W-4 information.

First, attempt to try clocking in through the ClearCare Go App. Ensure you have a good phone signal. If not successful the first time, please try again.

If this does not work, please call the toll-free Telephony number 888-869-0148. You must call this number from the client's phone. If neither of these steps work, call the office and we will help resolve the issue.

Reminder: It's important to clock in and out so that you are paid properly and document the day.
