Linda has been nominated as our 1st Quarter Exceptional Care Professional!  Her dedication, compassion, and unwavering commitment to our clients makes a meaningful difference every day. Her ability to remain calm in all situations, consistently show compassion, and always put our clients first does not go unnoticed.   She takes on new clients without hesitation, arrives early and prepared, and maintains a positive attitude that uplifts both her clients and her co-workers. Her consistency and professionalism set a high standard for excellence in caregiving. We are grateful to have her as part of our caregiving family.

Chante has been nominated as our 4th Quarter Exceptional Care Professional because she always goes the extra mile. She is compassionate, unfailingly reliable and is a gifted Care Professional. Chante is sensitive to her client’s needs, advocates without hesitation when something needs to be addressed, and always does so respectfully. Clients feel safe, valued, and doted on with Chante. Heather has been nominated as our 3rd Quarter Exceptional Care Professional because of her phenomenal skills and her ability to connect with her clients.  Heather inspires trust and a feeling of kinship.  She is acutely intuitive and can anticipate what they need, even before they do!  The response from both clients and their families has been overwhelmingly positive. We are grateful every day for her contribution to our team!

Rae has been nominated as our 2nd Quarter Exceptional Care Professional. How does one describe a treasure? She is gentle, respectful and compassionate. Rae has worked with some very challenging clients in difficult situations and has always managed to calm and soothe them. Rae is highly intelligent and a great problem solver. Clients feel safe, valued, and respected when Rae is on the job. The response from both clients and their families has been profoundly positive. We are grateful she is on our team of compassionate Care Professionals!

Kate has been nominated as our 1st Quarter Exceptional Care Professional for her outstanding work ethics and sunny disposition. She is creative in her approach which is like magic when working with clients suffering from Dementia. She is hardworking, and always goes above and beyond. Kate has an innate ability to encourage activity even in the most apathetic clients. The response from both clients and their families has been overwhelmingly positive. We are grateful every day for her contributions to our team!

Beth has been nominated as our 4th Quarter Exceptional Care Professional for her efforts made daily on behalf of her clients.  She is smart, hardworking, and always goes above and beyond for her clients.  Beth has an innate ability to anticipate her client's needs.  Because she is a true advocate, she always puts her clients' best interests first.  She inspires trust and we, her clients and their families, all know she really cares.  It is also inspiring to see the amount of work she can accomplish in a few hours' time.  We often hear, "We just love Beth!"

She is warm, hardworking, and always goes above and beyond for her Clients. Donna has an innate ability to anticipate her Client’s needs. He is compassionate, hardworking, and advocates actively to ensure his Clients' needs are met. Richard takes on new Clients with a calm and well-organized approach. Thao has been nominated as our 1ST Quarter Exceptional CARE PROFESSIONAL, for her efforts made daily on behalf of her Clients. She is sweet-tempered, hardworking and always focused on her Client’s needs. Several of her Clients have talked about her cooking skills and they love having Thao prepare more exotic dishes for them! 

Thao is always willing to go anywhere she is needed and just jump right in.

Rachel's efforts made daily on behalf of her Client and her unequaled attention to detail make her an exceptional CAREGiver.  She shares her heart every day and Rachel’s dedication to health and well-being is remarkable. She observes and recognizes her Client’s needs even before they do. She has come in on time off to help orient new Caregivers, and always makes time to take her Client to medical appointments outside of her regular availability. The feelings of trust and confidence that Rachel has achieved with her Client and their family are another part of what make her exceptional.
