We know that many in our Sequim community have faced the difficult path of mourning, and finding a space where others truly understand your journey can make all the difference. Loss is a heavy burden to carry alone, so our Home Instead team is spotlighting a five-week series hosted by the Volunteer Hospice of Clallam County.
Monday, March 16th through April 13, this group will meet from 1 to 3pm at Trinity United Methodist Church, 100 S Blake Ave. You'll gain a clearer understanding of the mourning process while learning coping strategies for the emotional pain that follows a loss. It’s a safe place to share with others who are working through similar feelings.
We share events like this because emotional well-being is just as important as physical health. While our caregivers work to provide the best home care in Sequim, WA, we will continue connecting our neighbors with resources that offer comfort and hope. This series is free and open to anyone grieving, regardless of the circumstances. Just remember that registration is required, so please reach out to the hospice office at 360-452-1511 or [email protected] so they can save you a seat.
