The Oak Harbor Chamber’s Old Fashioned 4th of July Festival is bringing a full weekend of festivities to Windjammer (City Beach) Park, 1600 SW Beeksma Dr. A community carnival runs all week from June 26th through July 5th. Still, the holiday weekend is where this event really shines. On Saturday, there will be a parade, a vendor festival, live entertainment, a beer garden, and a fireworks show to wrap up the evening. Then, fun continues into Sunday with a classic car show, a hot dog eating contest, a cornhole tournament, and more live music.
