At Home Instead, we’re always on the lookout for interesting local events that seniors and families can enjoy together. One that caught our attention is a free presentation called "The Many Myths of Food (and Yard) Waste." This session will dive into common misconceptions about food and yard waste and offer ways to reduce household waste.
The event will take place at the Oak Harbor Library (1000 SE Regatta Dr, Oak Harbor WA 98277) on Wednesday, April 24, from 2 - 3:30pm. It’s a great opportunity to learn about sustainability and leaving our planet a little cleaner.
