Our town has a lot to offer when it comes to events and resources for seniors, and at Home Instead, we love spotlighting activities that bring people together. We are highlighting an event that recurs weekly, so you always have something fun to look forward to on your calendar.
Every Wednesday night, Rollertown Beerworks, 6450 Main St, invites the community to join them for Mahjong Night, a laid-back evening of strategy, social play, and cold craft beer. Whether you’re a seasoned player or just learning the ropes, pull up a chair, grab a drink, and get in the game. Multiple tables will be running throughout the night, so you can jump in, meet new players, and keep moving.
The evening kicks off at 6pm with a free Mahjong 101 session for beginners, followed by open play at 7pm. Every game winner earns a raffle ticket for a chance to win prizes like concert tickets or gift cards at the end of the night. And, you can bring in your own Mahjong set if you have one!
