Meet Our Team

Steve Ajmeri is no stranger to care giving, as he owned and operated a vocational training school that trained caregivers and nursing assistants. With years of healthcare experience, he is prepared to make a difference in the lives of seniors that need assistance and influence others the way he was when caregivers took care of his mother.

He has put procedures in place and provided training to team members to ensure clients receive the highest level of compassionate care.

In his free time, he enjoys swimming, tennis and watching movies.

Lex has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has several years of experience in
managing a team of employees in different companies. She is responsible for managing
the office team members to ensure that clients are receiving the best compassionate
care needed. She lives with her husband and two children in Fairless Hills and enjoys
spending time with the family, doing yoga and working out at the gym.

Danielle was a caregiver with Home Instead for over 2 years prior taking the position of service coordinator. So, she has first hand experience in providing compassionate care to seniors. She is focused on scheduling and matching clients to caregivers that have the capabilities needed to provide care for clients. She takes inquiries from families that need services, introduces caregivers to new clients and conducts client care evaluations. She lives locally in Northeast Philadelphia with her son. She enjoys going skating with her son, learning about different cultures, history and spending time with her family.

Pooja is a service coordinator with extensive experience in recruiting and hiring qualified caregivers that have a passion for caring for seniors. She has a Masters Degree in Business Administration and has worked for other companies in a hiring and recruiting capacity. She provides support to the scheduling team and ensures that clients are matched with caregivers that have the right background and experience to care for the clients. While her focus is hiring, she also performs scheduling functions on day to day basis. She lives in Hatboro with her husband. In her spare time, she likes do painting, shopping and travelling.

Alondra has an Associates Degree and comes with over three years of experience
working in the homecare industry. She is responsible for onboarding clients, ongoing
quality assurance visits, resolving any client issues and matching and scheduling
caregivers to clients. She lives in Philadelphia and in her spare time enjoys working out
and watching Netflix.

Muniza has a Bachelor’s degree and several years of experience working in an office
setting and in the homecare industry. She’s responsible for bookkeeping and accounting
duties. She lives in South Jersey and enjoys spending time with her son, daughter and
two grandchildren as well as working out and watching shows and movies.
