In Home Caregiver

Provide direct care and support per care plans

Assist with daily activities

Administer medications

Lift and position residents

Manage behavior

Prepare meals

Maintain cleanliness

Follow safety protocols and respect rights

Ability to work inside Assisted and Independent Living Facilities as assigned.

Skills:

MUST have an Active Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle

Effective communication with staff, residents, and families

Team player

Medication administration proficiency - Preferred not required.

Behavior management skills

Adept at handling challenges

Basic food preparation knowledge

Familiarity with Alzheimer's and Dementia preferred

Ensure cleanliness in resident areas

Understand HIPAA regulations for privacy

Pay: $19.25 - $21.25 per hour
