Weekend CareGiver

Hours would be solely on weekends, Which concludes as many as 20 - 24 hours. Perfect for those looking for supplemental work, a second job, or part-time hours for a college student. The location would be in our service areas such as Port Clinton, Lakeside-Marblehead, Sandusky, Monroeville or Norwalk.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assistance with grooming and bathing
• Assistance with toileting and incontinence issues
• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Alzheimer’s Care
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver’s license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)
• Technical Skills helpful

Caregivers, which Home Instead calls Care Professionals, will have a paid orientation, paid Holidays, Same Day pay options, a Sign-on bonus, a referral program, 24/7 supported culture
