"We have had great success with Home Instead! We made one phone call and Klay met with us right away! We love our Care Pros. Johanna has been with our family since we started and we love her! She takes very good care of our mom, and helps with household chores. We also love having Ace as our backup! He's very attentive with our mom as well. Both care pros are extremely reliable, respectful, and most importantly our mom is very happy with them! Jessica, our care manager, is great too! She's very knowledgable and communicates very well! It's helpful that she comes to see us monthly to make sure all of our mom's needs are met and that her care plan stays updated. Home Instead has made a tough situation easier."

"My 84-yr old Mother has been part of the Home Instead family for almost 2 years. She has felt very comfortable having a Care Pro in her home 4 days a week. She always managed to develop a special bond with any Home Instead Care Pro she was assigned. Sara was Mom's most recent Care Pro and was excellent at her job. She was very kind and attentive to my Mother, always ensuring Mom was relaxed and enjoying her day. My Mother was so pleased that Sara would come right in and start her work routine without any prompting or reminding her of what needed to be done. Sara has a very kind soul and because I live out of state; I feel Blessed that she was placed in my Mother's home during her time of senior dependency. "I called the after hours supervisor number in an emergency and reached Marla, who was absolutely fantastic. She helped me talk through a stressful situation and provided valuable feedback on the best way to handle a situation to make sure someone received the best care possible. The next day I was in contact with Kaye who was also extremely helpful and supportive. She reached out to me again later just to check in. I haven’t used their services personally but I’ve already recommended them to a friend because if they take that kind of care of complete strangers, I’m sure they’re invaluable to their clients."
