Erin, RN, BSN & Tyrel Sorensen

Owners Erin & Tyrel Dedicated to Compassionate Care and Community. Erin and Tyrel Sorensen are the proud owners of Home Instead locations in Bismarck, Hazen, Minot and Dickinson, ND. They reside in Beulah, ND, with their four children. Erin, a graduate of the University of Mary with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, partnered with Tyrel to bring their vision to life by opening Home Instead in Hazen, ND. Their mission is to empower seniors to live fulfilling lives safely and comfortably at home. Recognizing the growing need for quality in-home care, the Sorensens expanded their services to Bismarck, Minot, and Dickinson. Their dedication to compassionate, high-quality care has positively impacted the lives of aging adults and their families, creating a lasting legacy in their communities.

Shanna Langejans (Service Coordinator)

Shanna brings a diverse background and a wealth of caregiving experience to her role as Service Coordinator at Home Instead. Before stepping into her current position, she served as a Care Professional with Home Instead and previously worked in an assisted living facility, as well as a private caregiver in both Virginia and Arizona. Her unique career journey also includes becoming a licensed Aesthetician in three states and earning certification as a Heavy Equipment Operator through the North Dakota Department of Transportation. Shanna was drawn to Home Instead because of the meaningful one-on-one relationships she is able to build with clients. She believes these connections often grow into something much more, with clients becoming like family. Her firsthand caregiving experience gives her a deep understanding of the importance of compassionate, personalized care and the positive impact it has on seniors and their loved ones. As Service Coordinator, Shanna works closely with clients, families, and Care Professionals to ensure each client receives quality care tailored to their individual needs. Her compassion, experience, and commitment to serving others make her a valued member of the Home Instead team.

Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator

Stacy serves as the Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator at Home Instead, where she is passionate about finding and supporting compassionate Care Professionals who make a difference in the lives of seniors. From recruiting and onboarding new team members to helping them succeed throughout their journey, Stacy is dedicated to building a team that provides exceptional care. Stacy has always had a special place in her heart for older adults. She enjoys getting to know seniors, listening to their stories, and learning from the experiences they've shared throughout their lives. Knowing that her work helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home is what she finds most rewarding. With a genuine passion for serving others and supporting both clients and Care Professionals, Stacy is committed to helping Home Instead fulfill its mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families.
