Part-Time Awake Overnight Caregiver – Jackson, MI

Home Instead is looking for compassionate and dependable Care Professionals to join our team for awake overnight shifts in the Jackson area. If you're a night owl who enjoys helping others and wants to be part of a supportive, mission-driven company — we’d love to meet you!

Shifts Available:

• Shift times vary between the hours of 7pm-8am depending on the client.

• Part-time, consistent schedule (typically 2–3 nights/week)

What You’ll Do:

• Stay awake and alert throughout the shift to ensure client safety

• Assist with toileting and mobility needs

• Monitor and document client condition and overnight concerns

• Be a calm, reassuring presence during overnight hours

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior professional caregiving experience required

• Experience with dementia or hospice preferred

• Must be able to lift 25 lbs

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle with insurance
